truSculpt iD is the latest non-surgical body sculpting and contouring treatment solution on the market. This procedure offers a quick and safe approach to decrease fat, contour your figure and help you achieve your ideal image. Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs and treat the entire fat layer, resulting in an average of 24% fat reduction.

The Details
How it Works
truSculpt iD uses radiofrequency energy to destroy fat cells. The radiofrequency energy heats pockets of excess fat cells until they are damaged and the body flushes them out over the next few weeks.
The heat also provides some mild skin-tightening benefits as well as a temporary improvement in the appearance of cellulite.
Treatment Preparation
Hair in the treatment and return pad area need to be shaved.
Be well hydrated prior to treatment.
You will have to remove any jewelry or body piercings in the area prior to treatment.
Notify your clinician of any changes to your health history or medications since your last treatment.
Areas that can be Treated
truSculpt iD is commonly used to treat the abdomen, love handles, “bra-area,” thighs, under the chin and the upper arms.
What it Feels Like
This short treatment involves your clinician applying the hand-pieces to your targeted areas. The device will gradually heat up in cycles and is not typically painful. Some describe the treatments being similar to a hot-stone massage and because the procedure is brief, any discomfort does not last long.
Expected Results
Clients can expect an average reduction of body fat of 24% from just 1 treatment.
Some clients report immediate improvement, but for most, it takes about 12 weeks for your body to metabolize the destroyed fat cells and your results to be noticeable.
Number of Treatments
Only 1 treatment is needed in most cases.
Maximum results are visible after 12 weeks.
Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.
After Care
Post-Treatment
Afterwards, there is no downtime. Mild tenderness and redness may occur immediately after your treatment, but should resolve within hours.
Very rarely, palpable nodules that are tender to touch or lumps in the treated area may develop in the treated area up to 72 hours after treatment and typically resolve over several weeks.
You can immediately return to regular activities, including exercise, the same day.
Follow Up
Most clients will see a dramatic improvement 12 weeks after just 1 treatment.
Additional treatments may be desired and depends on the individual client’s goals.

Side Effects, Risks & Complications
Typically there is no downtime after the treatment although some patients may experience mild discomfort.
Such side effects include redness, sweating and mild tenderness in the areas treated. These side effects usually resolve within a few hours after the treatment.
the “truSculpt iD” Difference
While CoolSculpt and truSculpt both eliminate fat to the same degree, truSCulpt iD treatments offer some rather significant benefits compared to CoolSculpting.
CoolSculpting needs to squeeze an area of fats in between the treatment panels whereas truSculpt iD can treat any area regardless of how small the amount of fat present in that specific location, allowing for a more versatile process of fat reduction since it does not require that the area of fat be isolated (like with CoolSculpting). In turn, this also allows truSculpt iD to effectively treat far more areas and conditions (i.e. cellulite dimpling) than possible with CoolSculpting.
The most notable difference between the two methods is that truSculpt iD simultaneously tightens the skin over the area being treated, where CoolSculpting provides nothing of the like. truSculpt iD’s ability to tighten the skin makes a huge difference in overall results seen from treatments compared to those who receive CoolSculpting, especially when treating the underarms.
